Sharon L. Cox
Sharon L. Cox was born in Lewiston, Idaho on November 14, 1943 and passed away peacefully in her Spokane Washington home on December 4, 2016.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jack Cox, daughter Stephanie and husband Ben White, grandsons Shawn White and wife Aubrey, Zachery Palmisano and Josh Palmisano. She had 10 great grandchildren.
Sharon is also survived by her brother Larry Koffel, her sister Debbie and husband George Christie and several nephews.
She was preceded in death by her daughters Shannon and Erika Karlsson, her mother and father Leo and Roberta Southwell and sister Kay Greenwalt.
Sharon was always the constant optimist saying everything will work out. She was the sort of person who would say the glass was half full not half empty.
Her favorite holiday was Thanksgiving where she would love to cook and have her family around her. She absolutely adored her great grandchildren and loved seeing them.
Her loving husband Jack was always there for her and she would express how fortunate and grateful she was to have him by her side through her many illnesses.
Sharon was very close with her daughter Stephanie and together they would love to go to estate sales. They were the best of friends and spoke to each other just about every day. She was the most loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. To express how much she will be missed is a task that cannot be done in words. She will remain in her family's hearts with love and fond memories.
A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday December 11th at 1:00 at 2403 E. Nebraska - Spokane, Washington
